I am a Chicago native with 19+ years of executive experience in Operations, Payment/Collections, Customer Service and Marketing throughout the US and Canada. I have an extensive background in establishing and managing payment strategies in order to reduce bad debt. I have developed several best practices for internal and external collections, fraud/loss prevention, Customer Service and credit card processing. My experience includes: creating first party strategies, implementing third party collection programs, launching various debt sale programs, managing Customer Care programs and introducing new payment options.
